We deliver throughout South Africa. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

Standard delivery: 5-10 business days.

Free delivery on orders over R1000.

Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the shipping address provided.

6. Returns and Refunds (Consumer Protection Act Compliance)

6.1 Cooling-Off Period

For direct marketing transactions, you may return goods within 5 business days of delivery without reason for a full refund, provided the goods are unused and in original packaging.

If goods are defective, you may within 6 months of purchase:

  • Return the goods for a full refund
  • Request a replacement
  • Request a repair

6.3 Goods Not as Described

If goods received do not match the description on our website, you may return them for a full refund or replacement.
